GIOSUE clothing and hats are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our production and shipping partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping, but availability and busy periods can extend this. Production and transit are separate stages; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

We currently ship clothing and hats to Canada and the United States only. Standard shipping is free to both destinations. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time. All store prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Separate shipments

Shirts and hats may ship separately and arrive on different dates. Standard shipping remains free for both items. Fulfillment locations depend on product availability and the delivery destination.

Customs and import charges

Orders may be fulfilled outside the delivery country. Free standard shipping covers shipping charges; it does not mean that all import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees are included.

For deliveries to Canada, import taxes, duties and carrier handling fees may be payable if the parcel ships from outside Canada and those charges have not been prepaid. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and are payable to the carrier or customs authority. GIOSUE does not cover these charges unless expressly stated for the order.

For deliveries to the United States, Printful currently uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for international shipments by default, so applicable import duties are prepaid rather than collected from the recipient on delivery. This does not mean that every Canadian order is duty-paid. Charges depend on the actual shipment, customs value, product origin and local rules.

Address and delivery help

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If an address error or unclaimed parcel requires reshipping, additional charges may apply. If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact contactgiosue@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Please report a missing parcel within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
